We can, accordingly, advise on business formations (whether partnerships or limited companies) buying and selling businesses, company re-organisations, all the constitutional aspects of running a business and the contracts that are invariably required to assist the smooth running of a business (e.g. terms and conditions of sale, agency agreements, security documentation etc).

Our clients include substantial company clients (including Plcs) but we have not lost sight of our original roots in providing a full legal service to businesses of all sizes.
